These cards are cool and ever thing but, there power lvls are alot more higher on the show I mean take cell for instance his power lvl should be 30,000,000 not 4,300,000!

CELL IS REALLY THE BEST OF THEM ALL, BECAUSE OF HIS SPEED BUT, WE ARE GOING BY POWER LV.
